About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. You'll respond to inbound requests, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure each interaction meets quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional customer support
  • Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases when required

  • Follow customer service procedures, policies, and quality guidelines
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling, response times, and service quality
