Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and properly arranged.
  • Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping management promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas and assist with floor care as required.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
  • A background in hospitality or hotel environments will be beneficial for understanding guest expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
