Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Soerens Ford of Brookfield, located in Brookfield, WI. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive sales experience. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, managing negotiations, and meeting sales goals. The role also requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of available vehicles, financing options, and dealership promotions. Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the team's success are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Product knowledge or willingness to quickly learn about Ford vehicles and other pre-owned models
- Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple customers and tasks
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and goal orientation
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales is an advantage
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
