We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join Snap Inc 

What you'll do:

  • Automate provisioning and de-provisioning of applications using SAML and SCIM

  • Automate repetitive tasks including the onboarding and off-boarding of employees

  • Administration of various SaaS tools

  • Work with APIs to manage our tools

  • Troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues

  • Collaborate with various cross functional teams on solutions, projects and company initiatives 

  • Handle escalations from IT Operations staff and provide training as necessary

  • Be an advocate of knowledge sharing across IT

  • Keep up with industry best practices, trends, and standards

  • Document and maintain system administration operating procedures and best practices

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Advanced administration of multi-domain Google Workspace instances in a global environment with 1000+ users

  • Advanced administration with identity/SSO/SAML systems in a global environment with 1000+ users

  • Advanced administration of Slack Enterprise Grid

  • Experience automating user lifecycle management

  • Experience with LDAP protocols and Active Directory

  • Ability to work independently across functions and work with all levels of users and management

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
     

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with end user support and Systems Administration

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of how Workday, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Okta may work together

  • Extensive knowledge in Okta related technologies (ex. Okta Workflows, Governance, Access Requests, Identity Threat Protection)

  • Okta / Google Workspace / Atlassian Suite certifications

  • Advanced administration of the Atlassian Suite

  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Proficient at scripting (ex. BASH, Apple Script, Powershell, Python)

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$196,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $111,000-$167,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
