Who We Want: We seek a results-driven leader who can inspire and motivate while managing performance effectively. You'll oversee our sales team, ensuring gross close ratios align with company goals and engage in continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is humble, accountable, and eager to help others succeed. You'll drive 100% utilization of tools like Rilla and Company Cam and provide regular sales reports. Your commitment to training and CRM usage will be key in hitting our ambitious booking targets.
What You'll Do: You will train and coach our sales team, ensuring effective use of our product tools and adherence to sales processes. Conduct regular ride-alongs and lead the onboarding of new reps. Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and administer recognition or corrective actions. You will lead sales meetings, train the team, and ensure alignment with company strategies and expectations.
Required Qualifications:
· 3 years leading and managing a sales team
· Clear and direct communication
· Ability to learn and navigate basic CRM systems
· Willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback within organization
Preferred Skills:
· In-home sales experience
· Fluent in Spanish
· Experience with an FCC model, home improvement, and selling consumer financing
