o5group is a multi-brand / multi-channel fashion apparel business with a long and successful history in wholesale manufacturing. Staying true to core values of integrity and respect, we have demonstrated our ability to successfully originate, negotiate, execute and build strong retail and e- Comm partnerships in apparel. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with design, merchandising, logistics agents and factories.
  • Maintain Production Tracking Reports (PTR)/ WIP reports to ensure on time delivery.
  • Assist Manager with all cost breakdowns to maintain margin expectations.
  • Maintain seasonal factory allocations and recaps.
  • Follow up with agents and factories on testing and compliance requirements.
  • Following up on all sample deliveries.
  • Answering E-mails daily and accurately.
  • Thorough communication with all departments in the division: Sales, Design, Technical, etc.
  • Continuous follow up on revisions, adds, drops etc. to insure implementation.
  • Providing accurate and up to date information to Supervisor.
  • Communicate information throughout the division.
  • Coming to meetings prepared and on time.
  • Recording accurate notes during meetings and fittings.
  • Maintaining all product files, approvals, orders, PTR, test reports.
  • Following up on all sample deliveries.
  • Maintaining all testing requirements for all styles.

The ideal applicants possess the following:

  • Experience with Fashion Apparel required.
  • Some prior experience in apparel sourcing.
  • Understanding brand price points and margin expectations.
  • Understanding the SKU Plan for both Main line and OP line.
  • Understanding our customer and our competitors.
  • Knowledge of garment production.
  • Some knowledge of fabric constructions and weights.
  • Knowledge of PLM, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of technical packages.
  • Focus energy on getting things done.
  • Focus energy on taking initiative.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Offer solutions to ongoing issues.
  • A willingness to initiate change as the company grows in order to streamline process.
  • Improve efficiency and facilitate the growth of the company.
