Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Banker based in Miami, FL, offering the flexibility for some remote work. The Personal Banker will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting customers with their banking needs, managing deposits, opening new accounts, and providing tailored financial solutions. Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships will be a critical component of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Banking, including assisting customers with financial needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Experience handling Deposits and Opening New Accounts for clients.
  • Strong foundation in Finance to advise and guide customers effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and adapt to both in-office and remote work environments.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
