We seek to hire a CH&R Division Assistant who will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while performing general administrative duties to support our Custom Homes & Remodeling team and customers.  This role is ideal for someone looking for a positive working environment that encourages positive working relationships with co-workers, suppliers, trade partners, customers, and professionals involved in the home design and construction process.

This position will start as part-time with an average of 15-20 hours per week. Based on talents and abilities, there is potential for more hours if desired. 

The candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Administrative assistance to team members
  • Preparing and sending various documents and invoices through DocuSign 
  • Creating project binders, job folders, homeowner binders/folders, etc. 
  • Ordering and preparing customer gifts and annual team holiday cards
  • Assisting in Customer Service efforts for all residential construction
  • Collaborate with Marketing for content and special projects
  • General administration of sales opportunities, construction project documentation, online purchasing, financial tracking, and marketing

Requirements for this position include:

  • High School Diploma minimum, Associates Degree or higher a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • At least two years related prior office experience preferred
  • Familiarity with residential construction and remodeling a plus
  • Enjoys home and interior design
