Solarspace Technology (US) LLC is a fast-growing solar cell manufacturing company committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our U.S. team and lead our financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Develop and manage financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Partner with plant operations and management teams to monitor production costs and improve cost efficiency.
- Support tax compliance, audit preparation, and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure tracking, and financial risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
