Senior Consultant

A global enterprise is seeking a senior-level consultant to support its internal creative and content operations team in transforming how content is created, scaled, and optimized across digital platforms. This role will focus on integrating generative AI tools and proprietary systems into existing workflows, enabling high-volume, compliant, and personalized content production.

The Senior Consultant - AI-Enabled Creative & Content Operations will lead efforts in prompt engineering, agent training, and LLM-based collaboration to drive efficiency, creativity, and strategic impact.

Must Have Skill Sets

• Generative AI Integration & Prompt Engineering: Expertise in designing and refining prompts for GenAI tools to produce high-quality, platform-specific content across formats (video, social, email, etc.).
• LLM Collaboration & Optimization: Experience working directly with large language models (LLMs) to support content strategy, creative ideation, and automated execution.
• Proprietary Tool Enablement: Ability to assess, configure, and optimize internal AI tools and platforms for content creation, compliance, and performance tracking.
• Agent Training & Workflow Design: Skilled in training AI agents for specific tasks, including content generation, compliance validation, and campaign adaptation.
• Creative Operations Leadership: Proven track record in managing or advising in-house creative teams or studios, with a focus on operational efficiency, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Marketing Technology & Platform Integration: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, DAM systems, and other martech platforms supporting AI-assisted workflows.

Nice To Have Skill Sets

• Healthcare or Regulated Industry Experience: Understanding of compliance workflows, MLR processes, and content governance in regulated environments.
• Paid Social & Multi-Channel Campaign Expertise: Knowledge of content formats and optimization strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Data-Driven Creative Strategy: Ability to use performance data and audience insights to inform content planning and creative direction.
• Scalable Content Production Experience: Background in supporting high-volume content operations, including modular content creation and platform-native adaptation.

Engagement Scope

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow assessments.
• Map current creative and content operations processes, including intake, production, and delivery.
• Evaluate readiness for AI integration and identify high-value use cases.
• Design human-AI collaboration models tailored to specific tasks and platforms.
• Engineer prompts and train AI agents for content generation and optimization.
• Recommend platform-specific tools and technology integrations.
• Develop implementation blueprints, success metrics, and change management strategies.
• Support pilot testing and performance validation of AI-assisted workflows.
