As a Hotel General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. What you'll do

  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Manage budgeting processes, analyzing financial reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supervise front desk operations, including night audits and multi-line phone systems management.
  • Cultivate strong guest relations through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with human resources on hiring, training, and performance evaluations of hotel staff.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management with a strong background in hospitality operations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Multilingual or bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse guests.
  • Supervising experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Expertise in revenue management and budgeting practices.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
