Position: YES Waiver CLS Provider

Location: Rosharon, Texas

Schedule: 4 hours per week (Flexible hours)

Compensation: Competitive pay (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated YES Waiver CLS Provider to work with a young teenage client in Rosharon, Texas. The provider will offer community living services (CLS) under the Texas YES Waiver program, focusing on assisting the client in developing skills, building independence, and improving overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to a teenage client with daily living activities.
• Help the client achieve goals related to independent living, community involvement, and self-care.
• Work collaboratively with the family and other service providers to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching in a variety of settings, such as in-home, at the community, or other appropriate locations.
• Ensure client safety, health, and emotional well-being at all times.
• Record and document progress, updates, and any concerns in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Master's Degree in human services, psychology, child development or related..
• Experience in providing care or services to children/teens, particularly in a waiver or community living setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to working with youth with disabilities.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience with the YES Waiver or familiarity with Texas waiver services is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Knowledge of community resources in the Alvin, Texas area.
