Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license.
Job Summary
This role involves working on complex post-sales customer concerns , fostering an environment of problem-solving and innovation. The successful candidate will interact directly with customers, provide technical support, and participate in multi-functional technical discussions aimed at improving products and cybersecurity. Critical to the role is the ability to offer quick, thoughtful technical assistance in high-pressure situations to ensure the security of client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners, managing support cases effectively from recording to resolution.
  • Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
  • Author Technical Support Bulletins and contribute to other technical documentation.
  • Regular participation in technical discussions with multi-functional teams to advocate for product improvements and working environments.
  • Quickly and thoughtfully assist clients in high-pressure situations to secure their environments.

Must-Have Skills

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with public cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in IaC and CI/CD delivery using automation tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Jenkins, GitLab).

Domain Experience Required

  • Security domain, particularly cloud security.
