Position Summary

At HTeaO Webster, we're all about creating a refreshing experience for every guest from our 25 flavors of fresh-brewed iced tea to our friendly, Texas-style service. The Brew Crew plays a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to serving up excellence one cup at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, friendly service.
  • Prepare and serve teas, coffee, and other beverages according to HTeaO recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, prep areas, and dining space.
  • Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Restock products, ice, cups, and merchandise as needed.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health procedures.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties per company checklist.
  • Represent the HTeaO brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

(Managerial roles, Team Leads)

  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Oversee daily operations, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Track sales and performance metrics to ensure store success.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be 16 years or older.

( Management roles, Team Leads)

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory systems.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
