Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communication initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. This role will work closely with the PR and Communications department to assist with media outreach, event coordination, content drafting, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about crafting effective messaging that aligns with our institutional values.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting press releases, articles, statements, and communication materials.

  • Support the coordination of media outreach and maintain updated media lists.

  • Help organize promotional events, interviews, and community engagements.

  • Monitor news, trends, and media coverage related to education and professional development.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication efforts.

  • Maintain documentation, reports, and communication logs for PR activities.

  • Provide administrative support to the Public Relations department as needed.
