Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where you'll leverage your recruiting expertise to find top candidates who bring skills and enthusiasm to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, administering assessments, completing reference and background checks, coordinating new hire paperwork, and closing qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in compliance with company policy.
  • Research, identify, and recommend new sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure continued engagement of qualified candidates.
  • Support internal transfers by screening applicants and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and improve the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and community events, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.
  • Generate recruiting reports and analyze data to improve metrics and outcomes.
  • Contribute to department and company goals by supporting team initiatives and completing related tasks as needed.

Education / Experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years of experience in the human resources environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or HRIS systems.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, or PHR) is a plus

Compensation:

$28-30/hr
