As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you'll build the infrastructure for outstanding campaign performance. Working alongside leadership, you'll construct systems for team development, client service, and operational tracking that become the foundation for your future leadership career. The Assistant Manager Trainee's designs will ensure consistent, replicable success across our entire operations.

Role Requirements for an Assistant Manager Trainee

  • Support daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing team workflows, and assisting in the execution of multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand Infinity's campaign standards, client objectives, and performance benchmarks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy across digital channels, ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging team activities, client milestones, and operational updates to support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
  • Evaluate campaign metrics and team feedback to identify areas for improvement, optimize outreach strategies, and support long-term growth.
  • Work with departments to resolve service issues, streamline onboarding, and maintain Infinity's standards for campaigns and team development.

Qualities That Set You Apart as an Assistant Manager Trainee

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or leadership preferred.
  • Experience in team support, retail operations, or customer-facing roles—preferably within consulting, service, or performance-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks, lead by example, and support team productivity.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and scheduling tools; ensures accurate data entry, team tracking, and service documentation to support daily operations.
