Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetic Injector to join our prestigious medical spa. As a Cosmetic Injector, you will be responsible for performing cosmetic injections and providing exceptional patient care. Your expertise and knowledge in the field will contribute to our mission of helping clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their aesthetic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cosmetic injections, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced injectable treatments, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assess patients' aesthetic needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Provide comprehensive consultations to educate patients on available treatment options, expected results, and potential risks or side effects.
  • Ensure a safe and sterile environment by following proper infection control protocols and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, advancements, and industry trends in cosmetic injections to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Collaborate with the medical spa team to ensure seamless patient experiences and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through attentive and personalized care.
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to cosmetic injections.

Qualifications:

  • Valid medical license in the state/province and country where the medical spa is located.
  • Certification or training in cosmetic injections, such as Botox and dermal fillers.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Cosmetic Injector in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully performing cosmetic injections with outstanding results.
  • Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product selection.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve precise and natural-looking results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively consult with patients and address their concerns.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends and treatment modalities in the cosmetic industry

Compensation will be a mix of Hourly wage and production bonuses. Our Seasoned Injectors make between $80-$120 per hour depending on experience and ability to consult and close the patient.
