We're seeking a Lead Software Developer to lead a high-performing software development team supporting enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and hands-on development, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with .NET, Azure, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular), a passion for mentoring others, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of developers, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Partner with the PMO to plan and execute agile sprints, manage priorities, and ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage career development, and provide continuous feedback.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and stable releases.

Technical Delivery:

  • Lead design, code reviews, and implementation of cloud-first software solutions.
  • Contribute to development efforts using C#, .NET, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and release management through Azure DevOps.
  • Enforce coding standards, quality assurance, and security best practices (including OAuth and identity management).

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in .NET (C#), object-oriented design, and application architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS/IaaS, cloud design, deployment, and management).
  • Recent experience with React or Angular.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven success managing agile development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
