Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to lead and support sales growth across assigned territories. This role is responsible for accurate forecasting, achieving budget targets, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The manager will spend approximately 60% of their time in the field, directly supporting Account Managers through coaching, recruiting, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, recruit, and coach Account Managers to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct field support and performance evaluations through regular ride-alongs.
  • Drive cross-selling and ensure quarterly business reviews with major accounts.
  • Monitor territory performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Oversee CRM usage and pipeline reporting to support forecasting and accountability.
  • Represent the company in key customer meetings and community events.
  • Lead RFP responses and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
