The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Guest Experience Host to join our team at Coca Cola Roxy in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for helping guests create lifetime memories during their stay.

What will you do?
  • Act as an ambassador for Coca Cola Roxy by providing suggestions for sightseeing and daily activities
  • Recommend attractions in the local and surrounding area to ensure a truly memorable experience
  • Create rapport and hold meaningful conversations with all guests
  • Distribute complimentary items that guests can use during their stay
More about you
  • Working knowledge of Coca Cola Roxy and surrounding areas
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Previous guest service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and carrying
  • Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions
  • Noise level may be moderate to loud
