We are seeking an
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our Lafayette, LA team Come join us

Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Review, verify and process invoices and expense reports for accuracy.
• Prepare and process payments: checks and ACH.
• Reconcile AP aging and vendor accounts: research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor files and documentation.
• Maintain the accounts payable email account; answer email/phone inquiries.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for vendor and internal collaboration.
• High level of integrity handling sensitive financial information.

Technical Requirements

• Microsoft Office, Word & Excel. BST and Vantagepoint are a plus.
• General Knowledge of accounts payable functions.
