Your Role:

As a Supervising Senior, you'll bring value to our clients by providing sophisticated solutions and mentoring junior team members. Your role will provide hands-on accounting support, stepping into critical roles such as:  

  • Interim Senior Accountant: Lead the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and external auditors, facilitating communication and resolving inquiries. Provide advanced technical expertise to enhance the quality and accuracy of financial reporting processes.

  • Interim Accounting Manager: Guide the transformation and enhancement of accounting and finance operations, introducing process efficiencies and leveraging new technologies. Foster skill development and lead training initiatives to build capability and alignment within the organization.

  • Interim M&A Specialist: Partner with clients throughout the M&A lifecycle, offering tailored support from due diligence and valuation to post-transaction integration. Identify financial risks and opportunities, delivering insights that empower clients to achieve successful outcomes during transitions.

What You Bring:

We're searching for resourceful leaders who combine technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and meaningful leadership experience. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, required (Master's preferred). CPA or equivalent certification highly valued. 

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting (Big Four or Next Ten) or a mix of public and industry experience. 

Skills: 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including team collaboration and client-facing discussions. 

  • Proven ability to identify challenges, implement solutions, and deliver with precision. 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities.

  • Takes ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision, while proactively communicating status updates and anticipating team and client needs. 

  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel. 

Technology Proficiency:

  • Expertise with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is preferred. 

  • Familiarity with supplemental tools like FloQast, Blackline, Workiva, and Carta is a bonus.
