Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial construction, renovations, and repairs. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to specifications while adhering to safety standards. Although our team works Monday-Friday, there are many weeks with the option of overtime Pay is based on what you know.
Duties
- Perform trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings, door frames, and cabinetry.
- Execute drywall installation and finishing to create smooth surfaces for painting or plastering.
- Conduct construction painting as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping of materials when required.
- Implement masonry techniques for building structures like walls or patios as necessary.
- Basic plumbing/electrical
- Tiling
- Flooring
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods while adhering to safety protocols.
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation between job sites.
- Willingness to learn
