Creative Producer and Client Relations Manager

This is an in‑person role at our home office in Watertown, Massachusetts. You will be our first hire, so the position is critical. You will help us grow by bringing in new clients and guiding each project from concept to completion. As we expand, we hope you will grow with us. Your responsibilities and pay will increase as the business thrives.

Daily work focuses on client outreach, sales, relationship management, production planning and creative execution. You will work with filmmakers, editors, designers and marketers while managing budgets and timelines. The right candidate thrives on bringing ideas to life and enjoys building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities


• Develop and present compelling proposals to attract new clients


• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction


• Create and execute sales plans, set revenue targets and work diligently to meet them


• Plan and manage production schedules, budgets and logistics for video and digital projects


• Direct on‑set activities, including filming, lighting and sound


• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure cohesive project execution


• Oversee post‑production processes such as editing, visual effects and sound design


• Ensure all content aligns with client goals and our brand standards


• Schedule regular meetings with clients, act as the primary point of contact and resolve issues promptly


• Analyze competition and industry trends to discover new opportunities


• Assist with social media campaigns and outreach initiatives to drive awareness


• Maintain accurate client records and project documentation

Qualifications


• Proven experience in video production and project management


• Demonstrated success in sales or client relations, with a track record of meeting targets


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects


• A positive, solution‑oriented attitude and willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed

Compensation and benefits


• $55,000 annual salary


• Flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability


• Health insurance after 3 months of employment


• 10 business days of paid vacation per year


• 5 personal or sick days per year
