Tutoring Center Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tutoring schedules and match students with appropriate tutors based on subject and availability
- Greet students and parents; ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors
- Monitor student arrival and dismissal for safety and accountability
- Communicate regularly with parents about scheduling, payments, and student progress updates
- Process new student enrollments and maintain accurate records
- Collect tuition payments and maintain payment tracking logs
- Print, organize, and distribute class materials as needed
- Support the center manager in day-to-day administrative operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, or scheduling software)
- Friendly, professional, and dependable personality
- Prior experience in a tutoring or education setting is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible weekday and weekend hours (typically after school and early evenings)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
Work Location: In person
