Sweet Reasons Cupcake and Dessert Kitchen is looking for Front of House Team Member& Baristas

  • Candidates must be at LEAST 18 years old with Food Service EXPERIENCE
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • The listed rate is hourly plus consistent tip wages of approximately $2/hour

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Make espresso drinks, milkshakes, energy drinks
  • Give excellent guest service
  • Take guest orders and pack up cupcakes and desserts with order accuracy.
  • Cutting, stocking and selling of our desserts.
  • Operate our Square register, and perform cash handling.
  • Keep the shop clean
  • Follow procedures as trained.

Job Qualifications:

  • Customer service personality-outgoing and friendly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift 20 pounds.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Work well in a team environment.

Requirements:
