Busy, fast paced veterinary office is looking for a motivated local individual to work Mon- Wed 1-6:30, Thurs 8-12 and Friday 1-5:30. Duties would include: disinfecting animal cages, cleaning food/water bowls, litter boxes, cage crates and surgery packs as well as general office cleaning including doing laundry, sweeping the building, mopping floors, cleaning sinks and our surgical suite and restocking treatment area/exam rooms. This position does involve a lot of bending and lifting up to 30#. Other duties include walking/performing basic care for dogs/cats, taking care of boarding animals and feeding/watering hospital patients. For the right person, training can be provided to assist with animal handling, restraint and help with office calls though this is primarily a cleaning and animal care position. Animal experience is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
