Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Receptionist to join our team in providing outstanding service at Atlantic Plumbing Supply. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth front desk operations and enhancing customer interactions. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering reliable service and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the front desk with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
  • Maintain office organization and support office management tasks.
  • Utilize computer skills for various administrative functions including Microsoft Office.
  • Must know how to operate a cash register when customers pay their bill.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintains records, documentation for the Branch Manager and sales team.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Receptionist or similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have 1-2 years experience in an administrative role.
