The Opportunity

We're seeking a Dental Assistant who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to expand their skills. You'll work directly with Dr. Salm and our Operations Manager in an environment that values learning, collaboration, and innovation.

This position is ideal for someone who loves clinical excellence and wants to be part of a practice that invests in technology and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chairside assist for restorative, cosmetic, implant, and digital dentistry procedures
  • Capture and manage intraoral scans, radiographs, and clinical photos
  • Support CEREC, and 3D printing workflows (training provided)
  • Maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory readiness
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
  • Collaborate with both in-office and virtual team members to streamline operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience (required)
  • Radiography certification (or eligibility)
  • Familiarity with CEREC, intraoral scanners, or 3D printers preferred
  • Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
