We are seeking a strategic and influential Video Producer to join a vibrant, in-house media production team. This role functions as a Producer/Content Strategist, requiring a dual skillset in both producing and directing to craft breakthrough content across multiple channels.

As a Producer, you will leverage your expertise in storytelling methodologies to lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all content meets high-quality creative standards and aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production: Manage every stage of the creation process, including building creative concepts, developing treatments, and leading pre-production, production, and post-production.

Creative Direction: Direct talent, subject matter experts (SMEs), and senior leaders on set to deliver key messages effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to understand objectives and provide strategic advice on scripts and concepts.

Project Management: Utilize Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Suite to manage project timelines, budgets, and media asset licensing.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with production crews, vendors, video editors, and designers to bring a creative vision to life.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in video production.

Storytelling: A proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content, specifically interview-based documentary-style videos.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and the Microsoft Office suite.

Professional Background: Prior producing and directing experience within a brand, agency, or commercial production company.

Leadership: Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and direct senior-level talent.

Education: Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Role Details

Hourly Rate $60-74/hr DOE

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office

Schedule: Typically 9 AM – 5 PM but flexibility is needed

Duration: 6-month assignment.

Travel: Potential for local travel to various production locations.
