The Rejuvenation creative team consists of highly passionate, collaborative and process driven thinkers. As part of the team, you'll bring your ideas to the discussion. Our role is to create cohesive visual direction for the brand, across all channels to bring products to market creatively.
Position Summary
The Jr. Art Director is a hands-on production-oriented role for an experienced on-set creative and enthusiastic leader. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative Services, you will support creative development across seasonal and evergreen campaigns. You'll contribute concept-to-completion art direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and brand excellence across platforms including digital, print, social, and experiential. This role blends strategic thinking, design leadership, and a deep passion for photography, fashion, and storytelling—with an emphasis on AI-enhanced workflows. You'll combine design excellence with the latest generative AI tools to scale creative exploration, improve efficiency, and elevate our brand storytelling.
THE IDEAL CANIDATE
You're the perfect fit for the role if you are obsessed with details, brand identity, photography and emerging technologies. You must have demonstrated success translating creative energy into measurable business impact across e-commerce, social, editorial, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, understands perspective, composition, scale, texture, balance, contrast, is proactive and flexible. You can handle a wide variety of tasks, manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback for creative projects while directing a team on set. This position demands that you are detail-oriented, meticulous, well-organized, and always open to iteration and improvisation. Familiarity with AI, CGI, real-time content capture, and automation tools to streamline production and future-proof workflows is preferred. This position requires that you accept feedback and critique with grace.
Responsibilities
- Partner with producers, photographers, and cross functional partners to execute best in class photography that honors brand voice and aligns with creative priorities
- Optimize studio systems, processes, style guides, and workflows to enable a nimble, efficient, and scalable content production ecosystem
- Serve as a trusted creative partner to executives and stakeholders across brand, digital, creative, and merchandising teams.
- Provide on-set support to ensure visual continuity and balance in every shot
- Integrate AI-enabled workflows, create and develop high-impact brand visual to meet operational excellence and push brand forward
- Translate high-level creative and art direction into actionable pre-production support—communicating needs and priorities including props, schedules, and set styling to life with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach
- Create shot lists, style guides, visual references, and image libraries to ensure alignment and accessibility across teams
- Create and evolve brand style guides, stay current with design trends, new technologies, and production techniques to incorporate innovative elements
- Absorb feedback and adapt your process and direction accordingly while communicating this clearly and effectively to your team
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines, and in the best interest of the brand
- Perform regular hindsight reviews with lead art directors to evolve the brand styling and amplify what is successful.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting photo art direction, ideally in a style-forward environment with strong portfolio of current work
- Demonstrated successes in leading teams and optimizing processes
- Familiarity with AI, real-time content capture, and automation tools to streamline production and future-proof workflows
- Proven understanding of interior design principles, trends, and styling techniques
- Excellent taste level, aesthetic mastery, and design judgement
- Flexibility to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently on set
