We believe in empowering our Directors and Teachers to flourish professionally within our community. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience and education ($750 sign on bonus)

Requirements:

  • Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
  • Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
  • Clear a background check.
  • Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
  • Master the art of multitasking and time management.
  • Embrace continuous learning in every scenario.
