Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration, governance, and optimization of the Learning Management System (Docebo) within the HR function. This role requires an understanding of LMS architecture, system integrations, and operational workflows to ensure accurate and timely support for internal stakeholders. Collaborates closely with HR partners and technology teams to align the LMS with strategic learning initiatives, enhance system performance, and improve the overall learning experience.
- Serves as the primary administrator for the Docebo LMS, managing system configuration, user permissions, and content deployment.
- Understands and documents the LMS architecture, including integrations with ADP, third-party content providers, and internal systems such as SSO.
- Responds to LMS-related inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains governance standards for LMS usage, data integrity, and content lifecycle management.
- Supports the development and execution of the LMS roadmap, including feature enhancements and system upgrades.
- Partners with HR Business Analysts and IT to identify opportunities for automation, improved user experience, and streamlined workflows.
- Monitors system performance and usage metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provides training and support to HR team members and business users on LMS functionality and best practices.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to learning data and system access.
Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in Learning Management System Administration or HR systems support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Docebo or similar LMS platforms
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand written instructions
- The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period
