Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Security Engineer
with deep expertise in
CyberArk - Privileged Access Management (PAM)
solutions. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in privileged access management (PAM) with CyberArk tool sets and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of CyberArk from an on-premises deployment to cloud-based solution ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
  • Plan, develop and execute detailed migration strategies, including risk management, testing, validation and document technical process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage configuration of CyberArk and other security tools, ensuring seamless integration of technologies across multiple platforms.
  • Provide expert level knowledge in PAM design, implementation and operations, ensuring best practices for security, scalability and compliance.
  • Conduct in depth analysis of existing integrations, identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Use strong technical skills to troubleshoot complex issues related to CyberArk and SaaS based solutions for enhanced performance.
  • Drive adoption of PAM practices in the organization by reducing friction and showing value with CyberArk capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain CyberArk policies, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Automate onboarding of privileged accounts and streamline access provisioning processes.
  • Participate in audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in PAM and cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SME in
    CyberArk PAM
    .
  • Extensive technical skills in identity security, PAM, MFA, Cloud security and authentication & authorization protocols.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python), APIs for automation and integration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, Guardian).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing cloud-based privileged access.
  • Knowledge of SIEM tools and integration with CyberArk.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).
