About The Role
Ocient is seeking a Senior Brand Designer who will lead the evolution of our brand's visual identity and ensure that every creative expression reflects the intelligence, innovation, and impact behind our technology.
This is a role that blends creative strategy, art direction, and hands-on design execution across marketing, sales, and corporate communications. You'll lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, developing and maintaining the systems, assets, and processes that define how the Ocient brand comes to life.
The Senior Designer will own Ocient's brand identity, design systems, and asset library, ensuring consistency and accessibility across teams. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Solutions teams — and collaborate with external agencies — to deliver bold, on-brand creative that drives engagement and business results.
Key Resposibilities
- Lead Visual Strategy & Execution
Own the evolution of Ocient's visual identity and ensure its consistent application across all touchpoints. Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, balancing creative excellence and efficient delivery with driving business impact. - Develop & Maintain Design Systems
Build, document, and scale Ocient's visual language — from typography and color to layout and iconography. Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines to drive consistency and efficiency across teams. - Brand Stewardship & Governance
Refresh and own Ocient's brand guidelines, asset library, and governance model. Ensure internal teams can easily find, use, and create materials that align with brand standards. - Creative Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Solutions, and UI/UX teams to translate complex products and business goals into clean, compelling design solutions. Consult with the UI/UX team to ensure brand alignment across Ocient's evolving product and solutions offerings. - External Partnerships
Collaborate with external agencies and partners — including advertising, digital, and content marketing teams — to deliver integrated campaigns and high-quality creative assets. - Multi-Platform Design Execution
Seamlessly translate design concepts across print, digital, web, mobile, events, video, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability. - Creative Enablement
Develop scalable systems and templates that empower teams across the organization to create on-brand materials independently and efficiently. - Measure & Improve
Define and track success metrics such as brand consistency, time-to-market for collateral, and design system adoption across teams.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a mix of strategic brand work, creative execution, and system-level thinking.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with digital publishing and motion graphics tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts and business goals into clean, accessible visual storytelling.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems, brand libraries, and templates.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for brand storytelling and innovation, with an eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
