Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and design, particularly with Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of digital, API-driven, or cloud-native applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Strong experience in architecture and design of digital, API-driven, or cloud-native applications
  • Hands-on knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, containers, and CI/CD
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools
  • 7 years of experience in Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with enterprise integration (message queues, event streaming, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and security-by-design principles
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and API management tools
  • Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
  • Understanding of AI/ML
  • Proficiency in code development using AngularJS, Spring Boot, and Python
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design-thinking mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business language

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Advanced Java Concepts
  • Familiarity with Angular 13

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of digital, API-driven, or cloud-native applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Ensure security-by-design principles are integrated into all solutions
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
