Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in Oviedo, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting estimates for construction projects, conducting site visits and inspections, analyzing blueprints and specifications, collaborating with project managers and clients, and maintaining accurate records of estimates and project costs. The Estimator will work closely with the team to ensure all estimates are accurate and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and submitting construction project estimates
  • Experience in conducting site visits and inspections
  • Ability to analyze blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to perform takeoffs is a must
  • Strong collaboration skills with project managers and clients
  • Excellent record-keeping and attention to details
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a must
