Job Overview

As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for our commercial and residential clients. Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• End Time: Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
• Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces as needed
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic space for clients and staff
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies and report low inventory to management
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
• Follow established safety and quality standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and feedback
• Document work performed and report any issues or maintenance needs
• Work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with team members as needed for larger projects or special assignments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Friendly and customer-service oriented, with a willingness to go above and beyond
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety procedures
• Eligibility to work in the United States
