Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team at Product Fabricators. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components, contributing to our commitment to high-quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and weld sheet metal components according to specifications.
  • Operate robotic welder.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of products.
  • Utilize welding techniques to join metal parts securely.
  • MIG & TIG welding.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and specifications.
  • Familiarity with different welding techniques, particularly MIG welding.

Pay/Benefits

* $25 per hour

*$160 weekly attendance bonus for working 40 hours a week (=$4/hour)

*PTO (Paid Time Off)

*$1000 Signing Bonus (paid after 90 days)

*Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 5:00pm - three-day weekends
