Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales initiatives and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building a robust pipeline of prospects
- Oversee outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast performance, and analyze market trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Conduct analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology/technical sales roles
- Strong management skills with prior experience leading a sales team or department
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis
- Demonstrated ability in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving sales growth
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
- Analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100, $250,000.00 per year
