CompensationDetails

Pay: $21-$26/visit (DOE)

Status: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Support patients' performance and engagement in daily activities to enhance health and quality of life.

Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.

Educate patients on adaptive techniques to accomplish tasks and maximize independence.

Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment.

Evaluate home and environmental needs and provide recommendations for modifications.

Provide education and guidance to family members and caregivers.

Prepare clinical and progress notes and participate in in-service education.

Follow agency policies and ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate of a two-year college-level program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Licensed, registered, or certified as a COTA in the state of practice.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

Proof of current auto insurance and registration.

Current CPR Certification (we can help) and negative TB test (we can test).
