Description

Fischer & Wieser Cooking School is looking for a passionate and experienced Chef Instructor to lead hands-on culinary classes that educate, inspire, and entertain. This is a unique opportunity to combine your professional culinary expertise with the joy of teaching others in a fun, interactive environment.

• Lead interactive, hands-on cooking classes for guests of all skill levels
• Demonstrate culinary techniques, flavor pairings, and presentation tips
• Create class themes, menus, and recipe packets
• Follow the school's established structure for class flow, budgeting, and kitchen setup
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for class prep and service
• Submit grocery lists for upcoming classes and manage recipe-related costs
• Complete pre and post-class paperwork including monthly class schedule, menus, recipe packets, procedure checklists, receipts, and feedback forms
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date recipe library
• Ensure all classes follow kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Culinary training or equivalent professional kitchen experience
• Comfortable speaking and demonstrating in front of a group
• Organized, creative, and enthusiastic about teaching others
• Ability to manage time and kitchen flow efficiently
• Familiarity with food safety procedures and best practices
