Position Overview
As a
Membership Counselor
, you'll be the connection point between families, athletes, and our training programs. You'll nurture relationships, guide prospective members through the enrollment process, and help them commit to a path of long-term success.
This role blends relationship-building, sales performance, and community engagement — perfect for someone with energy, integrity, and a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and schedule consultations
- Confirm and manage appointment show rates through proactive outreach
- Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to close new memberships and renewals
- Follow up with current clients for referrals, upsells, and retention opportunities
- Manage lead flow, appointments, and payment processing accurately
- Collaborate with leadership to execute proven sales systems and campaigns

Compensation & Benefits
