Our headquarters are 35,000 square feet and in the heart of the Garden City and Carle Place. We are also located in a prime dining and shopping area. We are a 7-minute walk away from Mass Transit [NICE buses], next to Roosevelt Field Mall, and Fitness Clubs.

4. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a relevant position in a consumer product brand

5. Minimum 2 years of assisting in marketing campaigns

6. Minimum 2 years of assisting in product launches

7. Minimum 2 years of using project management software

8. Have an eye for design and have good marketing sense

9. Minimum 2 years of events coordination

10. Minimum 2 years of tradeshow merchandising and setup

11. Minimum 2 years of sales support via obtaining marketing collateral, sales tools, etc.

12. Tech Savvy. You are comfortable with and excel at utilizing technology in your work life

13. Excels in a fast-paced high energy environment. Adheres to deadlines.

14. Nimble. Adapts well to change.

15. You are an innovator and will find a better way to get things done.

What You Will Own

1. Assist marketing director

2. Participate in and keep on schedule the Review/proofread product copywriting process

3. Participate in and keep on schedule the product marketing strategy

4. Schedule all marketing events, projects, and tasks

5. Participating in the execution of marketing initiatives across all marketing and sales platforms

6. Regularly audit digital footprint to ensure all content, interaction and messaging is On Brand and aligns with our core values. Red flag issues with team and take action to remediate.

7. You are the contact person with all marketing partners. You will timely respond to all inquiries and collaborate with all stake holders to ensure a smooth pleasant process

8. You will coordinate with design, marketing and sales teams to develop all sales and marketing tools (flyers, sell sheets, eblasts, catalogs, etc.) and ensure timely completion.

9. Tradeshow set up and merchandising

10. Assist sales, design, marketing and production teams in producing sales and marketing reports

11. Sales and marketing Data analysis and reporting

12. As needed tasks and projects relevant to marketing

13. Last but not least. You will own your personal and professional development. You are proactive about learning and share with your team your enthusiasm for learning.

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
