ResponsibilitiesAs a Real Estate Project Specialist, you will immerse yourself in various aspects of the real estate industry, making each day a new learning opportunity. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including house cleaning, running errands, assisting with home staging, and engaging in real estate sales activities.
This role is far from mundane or repetitive, as your duties will evolve daily, providing you with a dynamic and engaging work environment. Whether working independently or collaboratively with the team, you will have the chance to contribute to our clients' satisfaction and success.
To excel in this position, you must meet certain requirements:
- Hold a valid real estate license prior to the start date.
- Be prepared to engage in various real estate tasks, including calling leads, working with clients, showing homes, hosting open houses, drafting contracts, and negotiating with other brokers.
- Assist with staging homes by arranging and collecting furniture and accessories.
- Fulfill errands such as distributing flyers, conducting walk-throughs of vacant properties, installing and removing listing signs, and more.
- Perform pre-listing and move-out cleanings of homes, involving tasks like vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, window cleaning, and appliance maintenance.

QualificationsEligibility criteria: at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma, holding a valid driver's license with a clean record, maintaining an active real estate license, demonstrating the ability to lift 50 lbs, and ideally having access to a larger SUV or pickup truck.
