This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We are actively hiring Software Engineers for multiple portfolio companies building open crypto data infrastructure, AI tools, and on-chain intelligence platforms.
What We're Looking For: We're looking for engineers who thrive at the intersection of analytics, infra, and crypto product development—especially those with a strong track record of translating raw blockchain activity into clean, public-facing insights. Ideal candidates are hands-on builders with data and protocol fluency, an ownership mindset, and a love for open models and dashboards.
2–6 years of experience as a data engineer, analytics engineer, or hybrid analytics contributorStrong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Airflow, or similar data toolingFamiliarity with on-chain data and crypto-specific data sources (e.g., Dune, The Graph, Flipside, BigQuery)Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards, or APIsA track record of shipping high-leverage analytics—especially those used by teams beyond your ownBonus: Experience working with blockchain indexers, smart contract decoding, or open-source crypto analytics packages
About the Role(s): Depending on the team, you could be:Designing open crypto datasets and public dashboards trusted by protocols, investors, and researchersBuilding production-grade pipelines to ingest and normalize on-chain activity from EVM and non-EVM sourcesPowering AI tooling and agentic workflows by structuring crypto data for automation and natural language queryingPublishing metrics and models under your own name—staking your reputation in the open analytics spaceWorking cross-functionally with protocol, research, and product teams to define what "real" usage and revenue look like in crypto
