Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver consistently excellent and welcoming guest experiences.
• Train and supervise FOH staff, including Expos, to uphold Mi Cocina standards.
• Execute and monitor daily operations, inventory, labor schedules, and compliance.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and food quality in every shift.
• Handle hiring, training, coaching, and performance management with care and consistency.
• Partner with the Restaurant Director to achieve business goals and exceed guest expectations.

What We're Looking For in a Restaurant Service Manager:

• 3+ years of experience in front-of-house restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Manager and Alcohol Server Certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using POS systems, Outlook, and Word.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
