Job Description

We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our property management company. The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making recommendations to customers, and will come up with creative solutions for difficult situations.

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing new and managing the past leases of our apartments. You will also be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the maintenance of our properties, and for other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and retain quality tenants.
  • Process rental applications., perform credit verifications, and issue rental agreements.
  • Deal with rental applications, leasing contracts, and lease rates.
  • Language skills prefer candidates who are bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Take and process rent payments from tenents.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
