As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop efficient and effective programs that drive sustainable efficacy. You will be a part of the team responsible for the development and sustainment efforts for a variety of applications that keep Googler's safe and secure.

As Google is a data driven company, Physical Security uses our own internal data to drive business decisions and affect change.You will be managing vendor partners and critical operations to join the Global Security Systems team.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:
  • Manage regionally based vendor operations for Technical Operations, as it relates to project management to integrate new physical security assets into Google's enterprise security applications, manage asset life-cycle, and provide 24/7 customer and technical support.
  • Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure/validate the vendor team is maintaining quality customer support.
  • Scope, plan and manage data driven projects in collaboration with GSRS stakeholders.
  • Work closely with teams within GSRS to understand their operational business needs, as well as addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct system audits and communicate findings/recommendations to a set of stakeholders, leveraging data to tell a clear and compelling story.
